Note: Steve Landeros took this photo of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California.  This photo has so much going on, yet looks so simple and serene.  The fog rolling in adds a great baseline to the photograph and resembles smooth sand dunes.  The lightning in the sky is absolutely beautiful.  Blue cool tones dominate this photo and the punch of orange light from the bridge lets your eye have a central focus point.  Very well done!

Tip: By using an (exposure) setting of 180 seconds (3 mins), allowed for the fog to have a smooth and fluid like effect through the atmosphere. The film speed (ISO) was decreased to 50 because the 3 minute exposure setting allowed enough light into the photo and there wasn’t any need to increase this setting.  The small aperture setting of 16 ensured that the depth of field wasn’t shallow and everything in the photo would be in focus.  If you were to lower the setting to 5, may have resulted in blurry lightning in the background.
