Note: Hendro Alramy took this photo in Serpong, Indonesia. I love the connection between the two subjects and suggests that a state of relaxation and soothing is taking place. The smoke from the incense adds to the relaxing mood of the photo. The lighting directly above the subjects adds great depth and shadows throughout the composition.
Tip: By using an (exposure) setting of 1/80 of a second, allowed for the smoke to have a smooth and fluid like effect through the atmosphere. The film speed (ISO) was increased to 500 to allow more light in to expose the photo.
