Land Rover Bullet-Time Ad (Matrix Effect)

The splice boys are a creative team which based out of Shanghai that specialize in professional camera array effects for modern film and advertising production. Their latest video for Land Rover shows off the SUV performing in various weather conditions around Beijing and the Gobi Desert to name a few. Some of the shots would take up to 10 hours to capture because setting up the rig was no easy task.

The shots and location were carefully chosen and directed, making sure it was as visually seamless as possible.

Locations included:
Tibet, Beijing, Shangrila in Yunnan Province and Dunhuang on the edge of the Gobi Desert.

Be sure to watch the end for the “making of the video”.
